Soften into presence as we open the portal to ancestral connection. With gentle breath and stillness, you’ll balance your energy, connect with your heart, and welcome in love. This practice helps clear low vibrational energy, creating space for clarity, strength, and protection to flow in.
Sound Meditation:
Experience the vibrational medicine of tuning lines, breath, and indigenous sound tools that help release emotional residue and awaken dormant memory.
Channeling Wisdom:
Engage in a sacred journey to access the echoes of those who came before. This is an invitation to hear what your ancestors could not say, and to walk with them toward healing.
Narrative Medicine Practice:
Participate in reflective writing centered around the question:
“What do I carry that no longer belongs to me—and what am I ready to remember?”
This practice helps you name, release, and reclaim parts of your story with compassion.
