Join us for a soul-nourishing evening that blends intentional movement, reflection, and mindful indulgence. This special edition of The Retreat Ritual features Demi, a conscious wine-tasting experience rooted in presence, connection, and sensory awareness.
We’ll begin with a The Retreat Ritual class designed to realign your inner and outer worlds through meditation, guided journaling, and pilates-inspired movement. Led by Certified Life Coach and Pilates Instructor Linda de la Fonteijne, The Retreat Ritual invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your intuition. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up as you are.
Following class, enjoy a guided tasting of three thoughtfully selected wines with Chantel, founder of Demi. In intimate groups of 4–5, you’ll be invited to explore wine through the lens of mindfulness—tuning into your senses, your body, and your personal experience. As the tasting opens into a group conversation, you’ll learn the stories behind the wines and explore the role of conscious consumption in your own life. Light snacks like sourdough and fresh berries will be served.
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided. Please bring a journal & writing utensil and wear socks and clothes you can move in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled so we can begin promptly. Late entry will not be permitted to protect the experience of all participants.
