We all know the discomfort of feeling disconnected from your body, your purpose, or the practices that make you feel like your best self. That’s why Certified Life Coach and Pilates Instructor Linda de la Fonteijne created The Retreat Ritual, to bridge the gap between inner knowing and embodiment, helping you tap into your intuition and live in harmony with your truest self.
This 50 minute class is an experience for both your mind and your body, moving between meditation, guided journaling, and pilates-inspired movement focused on the mind-body connection. No previous experience with any of the modalities is needed. Whether you're seeking clarity, grounding, or a space to just be, we welcome you into a supportive environment where you can show up as you are and leave feeling more present, recharged and connected to yourself.
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided. Please bring a journal & writing utensil and wear socks and clothes you can move in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled so we can begin promptly. Late entry will not be permitted to protect the experience of all participants.
Fabric & Care
Our signature activewear NUPROCESS™ is a super soft, four-way stretch, sweat-wicking sport fabric designed to sculpt, support, and empower you as you move. It's comprised of 90% Supplex and 10% Lycra and is at once soft and strong, supportive and forgiving. This fabric is long lasting, maintaining its structure and hold over time.
Our knitwear is a natural regenerated cellulose fiber. This high-tech micro-rib is comparable to a silk without compromising strength. 30% Silk, 40% Tencel, 30% Polyester.
Ethically produced in our factory in Los Angeles, California. Machine wash cold.
Size & Fit
Fits true to size. Our model is 5’8 and wears size Small. View the size guide.
Fit is our forte. Each of our styles has been fit at least ten times before production, and we’re constantly honing to perfection, taking customer and community feedback and incorporating it into our production cycle. Our longest standing styles have been perfected over the years in The Studio in New York to ensure the final product is the most supportive and flattering fit possible, in every size.
Sustainability
We're proud that much of our knitwear yarns are responsibly sourced, including ECOVERO™, recycled cashmere, recycled polyester, and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton. Our lightweight knits are crafted through the innovative Recycle to Upcycle initiative.
Our commitment extends to local production in our own factory in Los Angeles, California. Our nearby mill has modernized dye equipment and dryers, reducing water use by 50%, gas consumption by 45%, and chemical use by 30%.
Our activewear is meticulously crafted without microplastics, ensuring our garments do not release harmful particles into the environment or your bloodstream. We are committed to sustainability and well-being, offering activewear that supports a cleaner, safer world.
