Cara Elizabeth, Hay House author and creator of the Animal Apothecary card deck, teaches movement, sound, and animal wisdom through the body. These practices have been central to her own healing from childhood sexual abuse, allowing her to discover how to not just reclaim autonomy over the body, but use it as a powerful tool to manifest, heal, and transform.
