From that state of clarity, you’ll move into a creative session led by Forbes 30 Under 30 bioplastics designer, Caroline Zimbalist, where you’ll craft a custom talisman made from plant-based materials — a physical expression of your energy, color story, and intention.

Arden Frank is a yoga and pilates teacher whose work explores the intersection of movement, creativity, and self-discovery. Her classes invite students to move with intention, listen deeply to their bodies, and transform energy into expression.
Rooted in alignment and longevity, her approach informed by over 300 hours of training bridges the physical and the intuitive—helping students find clarity through motion and strength through stillness. She believes the body is both a vessel and a canvas: a space to restore, create, and manifest what we’re becoming.
About Caroline Zimbalist:
Caroline is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose one-of-a-kind works merge nontraditional processes with bold material innovation. Trained in painting, illustration, and sculpture since childhood, she studied Fashion Design at Parsons and Central Saint Martins, where she developed her passion for avant-garde design.
She is now recognized for pioneering her own recipe of biodegradable bioplastics, shaping clothing, jewelry, and sculptural objects that unite ecological consciousness with striking form. Her work has been featured by the Whitney Museum, 1stDibs, LoveHouse, Kravet Curated, and ABC Carpet and Home.
