A 90-minute immersive experience designed to calm the mind, awaken the body, and nourish the spirit through an intentional journey of Breathwork, Pilates, and a deeply restorative Sound Bath. Each element uniquely supports the nervous system— guiding participants into holistic balance and inner alignment.
The experience begins with guided breathwork through conscious, rhythmic breathing patterns to create a heightened awareness and soften tension. Grounding the mind and preparing the nervous system for movement and release.
Mindful mat Pilates will focus on core connection and mobility with accessible and deliberate movements. Energizing the body, inviting embodied presence, and empowering participants to feel rooted in their physical form.
The final chapter invites deep surrender with a sound bath. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and the grounding Earth resonance of 7.83 Hz envelop the space. These vibrations gently move through the body, soothing the nervous system and creating space for emotional and energetic release.
Sleep masks and layers are encouraged. Mats, props, and blankets will be provided. No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is an invitation to drop into presence, reconnect with your body, and emerge feeling refreshed, balanced, and supported— together in community.
