Join us for a 90-minute immersive wellness experience designed exclusively for our
LTP fashion industry friends—a space where high-paced creativity often meets unseen
exhaustion. This restorative session is crafted to alleviate the effects of chronic stress,
burnout, and adrenal fatigue through intentional, grounding practices that support
balance across mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a guided breathwork practice to gently shift the nervous system from
“fight or flight” into a parasympathetic state of “rest and digest,” preparing the body to
receive the full benefits of a deeply healing sound journey. You’ll be bathed in the
resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks—
interwoven with the Earth's Schumann Resonance and infused with Reiki frequencies
promoting love, compassion, and cellular harmony.
To complete the experience, a guided sensory awareness meditation will anchor your
consciousness through the five senses, the natural elements, and the physical body—
offering a gentle return to the present.
The experience does not require active participation— surrender to the sound and
allow the subconscious to restore balance and vitality. No previous meditation
experience is required. Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided. We
encourage you to bring a sleep mask and wear comfortable clothing to enhance your
