My favorite local health food store or delicious nourishing restaurant is: Orchard St. for treats and smoothies and Bread & Circus for lunch.
When I’m there, I always grab: Orchard St.’s banana bread and warm chai elixir. The chicken salad lunch box or warm yellow fish curry from Bread & Circus.
THE EMOTIONAL:
When I want to get quiet, think and/or meditate, I head to: The coastal walk near my home.
What I do there is: Listen to a podcast while I walk.
What makes it special and unique is: No matter how many times I walk the same strip, I’m still amazed by where I live.
THE INTELLECTUAL:

THE TRANSFORMATIONAL:

The reason why I love it is: When you’re there, you feel completely immersed in the experience. No distractions.
LIVE THE PROCESS:
The Live The Process piece I’m coveting right now is: The Modus loungewear set in Crema.
I’d wear it to: Sydney is currently a month into lockdown, so, between going for walks, shopping locally and nesting at home, I’ve barely taken it off!
