Ice, Ice, Baby

Ice, Ice, Baby

My name is: Laura Ramsey.

My stomping ground is: Topanga, CA.

You can find me at: Eagle Rock, a sandstone formation in Topanga State Park.

I’m known for being: Generous.

I'm talking about: Nia's Arc botanical Ice lollies

You can find it at: Delivering all over LA and at local events. Nationally is in the works!

Our latest and greatest is: The Holiday Gift Box with five Chocolate Chaga and five White Pine popsicles, all created from organic, ethically wildcrafted and harvested ingredients, as well as homemade sprouted milks.

What brought me to LA was: The dream of something more.

Before I launched this, I was: Gathering knowledge.

What inspired me to create it was: The lack of a quality popsicle.

The idea behind it is: We all deserve to be nourished in a playful way.

What makes it different is: This product hasn’t existed until now!

One thing you can’t miss is: You can’t have too many.

My favorite secret detail is: Nia is short for “Petunia,” what my grandmother called me when I was little. I also have a large petunia flower tattoo.

Today’s LA isn’t all breast implants and Beverly Hills. It’s more like: Wellness and landscapes.

What helps me live my process in LA is: The practice of living each moment as it comes.
