Drinking In Toms Juice

Drinking In Toms Juice

My name is: Tom Wright.

I’m known for being: Toms Juice, Creative Director.

I'm talking about: Toms Juice.

You can find it at: Toms Juice was launched around October 2019 as a little side hustle. When the pandemic hit, it fortunately became my full-time gig. The way it works is, to place an order, you can message me on instagram @tomsjuicenyc or online at tomsjuicenyc.com. I collect your orders and book you in for a delivery via my bike, generally the next day. All juices are made-to-order the morning of delivery, plus I also offer a recycling program in exchange for free juice. I try and keep the whole thing as simple as possible.

What inspired me to launch it was: There were a few factors that inspired me to create Toms Juice. I really enjoy creating brands/products and doing my own thing with them; and to have a positive impact whilst doing so feels good. Plus, when the pandemic hit, it became my survival.

What makes it special is: Each juice is made by me and delivered by me. I know all my customers in some sort of way.

One thing you can’t miss is: A celery juice every morning. I used to be unable to drink it, but now I love it—the taste and the health benefits are amazing. It really cleanses your system of all the bad stuff that your body doesn't want and gets you energized, hydrated and clearheaded for your day ahead. It’s good stuff!

My favorite secret detail is: The glass bottle. It makes the juice taste better than a plastic bottle. If you recycle them with me, you get free juice. Lots of customers also love to reuse them around their homes. It’s cool to encourage people to reduce, reuse and recycle.

One thing that makes my days sunnier is: Taking a moment to myself and acknowledging the small things in life that I have and come across. My friends and family, Zoey, Toms Juice, New York living, being from New Zealand. As cliché as it sounds, it really is the small things in life that make my days sunnier.
