An Escape to the Anantara Spa at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas

An Escape to the Anantara Spa at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas

My name is: Ranjith Saj.

I'm known for being: spa manager at Anantara Spa at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas.

It’s been open since: November 15, 2018.

This place is special because: It’s an ocean location, coupled with tropical jungle surroundings, giving guests the best of both experiences. Along with the regular spa offerings, we offer Vietnamese twists on classic treatments. We also have a dedicated wellness menu with different “Journeys,” connecting the mind, body and spirit. We offer yoga in a traditional Vietnamese pagoda and compliment that with crystal chakra balancing treatments.

When it comes to well-being, we’re all about: Really experiencing peace of mind and rejuvenation in this peaceful, restorative destination.

One thing you can’t miss is: Our special wellness treatments, including ancient Indian traditional ayurveda and the traditional Vietnamese rituals. And the indoor/outdoor feel of the spa.

My favorite secret detail is: The combination we use of ancient and modern wellness techniques to give the best results! And our sanctuary garden, fragrant with organic ingredients like lemongrass and ginger.

Your body will thank you because: The treatments we offer, enhanced by the natural ocean breezes and fresh sea air, genuinely revitalize the body.

While you’re in the neighborhood, you must try: Visit one of the local fishing villages, where families have their own restaurants. The shellfish and fish are just out of this world—fresh and cooked as you like it: steamed, grilled, whatever. And it’s served with their secret Vietnamese chili-style sauce!

Escaping is part of my process because: It’s important to me to regroup, mind and body, so that I feel revitalized in all ways and can deliver that promise to all my guests. Taking a step back, even just every evening for a few minutes, does wonders for refreshing your outlook!
