A Glimpse At Mimi Cheng’s

A Glimpse At Mimi Cheng’s

OUR NAMES ARE:

Hannah and Marian Cheng.

WE'RE KNOWN FOR BEING :

Co-founders of Mimi Cheng’s.

I'M HELPING TO LAUNCH:

Two years ago, we opened Mimi Cheng’s, our restaurant serving delicious Taiwanese dumplings in Manhattan’s East Village. Our goal is to bring our childhood dumplings to life, made with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients and our mom’s secret sauce. We’ll be opening our second location in Nolita later this year.

YOU CAN FIND IT AT:

Mimi Cheng’s East Village, 179 2nd Avenue, New York City.

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL IS:

By putting our very modern and healthy spin on good food fast, we are a fresh concept in Asian cooking.

ONE THING YOU CAN'T MISS IS:

Our July dumpling collaboration special: The Black Tap Burger dumpling is available exclusively at Mimi Cheng’s through July 31st. The mashup features the award-winning Greg Norman burger (dry aged beef, house buttermilk-dill, blue cheese and arugula) packed into our signature Mimi Cheng’s dumpling.

YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU BECAUSE:

We strongly believe that we are what we eat. Our dumplings are made with our mom’s recipe, which means authentic Taiwanese home cooking made with pasture-raised meat and organic vegetables. We aim to both honor traditions and provide a healthy alternative, connecting friends and family together around the kitchen table.
