I recently met Sara Panton, co-founder of Vitruvi, and I am obsessed with their oils. In the morning, I love their new scent retreat made with grapefruit, palma rosa and eucalyptus. I also love facials by Monica Watters at Sacred Touch and Diana Yerke at Rescue Spa.

I’m intellectually stimulated by:

My husband and daughter are both playwrights, so I’m learning more about theater. I love documentaries and I read a lot. I just started Dan Harris’s book on meditation.

I was recently transformed by:

An aculectrics acupuncture facial with Stefanie DiLibero from Gotham Wellness. Her acupuncture left me soooo relaxed and my skin looked 10 years younger!

In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is:

I get up at 5am every day, make coffee or have a cup of Love Conquers All from House of Waris. This is the time when I read news, answer email and respond and post to Instagram. I set my intentions for the day, look over my schedule and plan out what each client needs.

At night, when I get home from work, I immediately shower. One of my amazing clients just gave me Fez Body Serum from Kahina and I massage the oil into my skin. After that, I get into my favorite La Ligne pajamas and light my Byredo Bibliotheque candle.

I alternate between applying clay masques and revival masques from Environ that I get from Monica Watters. My shoulders and upper back can get tight from working, so, before bed and in the morning, I use my foam roller for stretching. I try to go to bed early since I’m back up again at five!

It helps me live my process because: 

Foam rolling can be meditative and feels amazing. Sometimes I work so much that I don’t get to exercise as much as I would like, so the foam rolling helps keep me open.
