“Sound when stretched is music. Movement when stretched is dance. Mind when stretched is meditation. Life when stretched is celebration.” Shri Ravishankar Jee
May this year bring the joy, peace and love of music, movement and meditation into your daily life.
We have found so much solace in this trifecta at Live The Process. A powerful and positive shift happens in our mental state where these three are interconnected. We are able to inhabit the present more fully and meaningfully. Follow the beat, which we call life, and try and leave behind troubles for the power of presence and enter into that flow state; in those moments nothing seems to matter. It’s that exhilarating, blissful feeling that is conjured through the positive emotions of love, contentment, gratitude, hope, pride, interest and amusement.
When we do feel these feelings, we take a moment to notice the magic. We are the co-creator of our life and what we can control is the energy, frequency and vibration; choose what uplifts and empowers. When the body, heart and mind is aligned, our personal power shines through and our intentions emerge. Our body is the temple and playground for the dancer, while our heart is our emotional intelligence and our mind is the power of creative thought and imagination. We can take part in the dance of our own creation and let our journey unfold. We can be a witness to our true gifts in manifesting the year ahead as we can consciously and intentionally create our own reality.
Wishing you a Happy New Year ahead! May this year be met with gratitude and effortless grace. Thank you for your continuous support in helping us Live The Process, our ever-changing, ever-evolving journey of passion, love and contribution. As we know change is forever a constant, one in which grows, develops and matures in its own moments, in its own time, in its own way. We still have so much more to do and this year ahead will mark our ten year anniversary signifying strength and resilience, and I think we have definitely demonstrated both.
Life is about movement. And that movement, combined with meditation and music is the medicine. Continue to celebrate yourself; it is all part of the process.
