My name is: Amanda Kloots.

I’m known for being: the fitness instructor who created The Rope and The Dance!

I'm launching: The Body.

You can find it at: Bandier Studio B in New York City on Mondays at 11am and Tuesdays at 7:30pm.

What makes it special is: This workout incorporates mindfulness, so that you have to connect your brain to what your body is doing. I want you to use your entire body—with mostly body weight exercises—to create a strong physique! I have you up, down and all around in forever-changing combinations, so that you have to focus! 

One thing you can’t miss is: my cool plank sequences.

Your body will thank you because: You will start to understand how to tune into your workouts and, when you do that, you will see change!
