My name is: Courtney Clark.

My stomping ground is: I was born and raised in Germantown, MD, but am currently living in Los Angeles, CA.
I’m known for being: The health guru who is asking about what you ate for the day and checking the ingredients on your food labels!
I'm talking about: Proper dieting and organic natural God-made herbs and how to use them for healing dis-ease.
You can find it at: I have my own small business online and you can currently find these items on my Instagram @courtneycoco__.
Before I launched this, I was: A registered traveling nurse, and still am!
My interest was sparked when: I developed fibroids. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that develop on or around the uterus during childbearing years. The doctors wanted to do surgery right away to remove them, but I decided to take control of my health and manage my symptoms naturally!
What inspired me to start this was: We often put our full trust into medicine. We want a “quick fix.” Herbs are for healing, and I believe that there is an herb for every disease. When paired with the correct lifestyle and diet, we can heal any dis-ease naturally.
The idea behind it is: We can all heal and live a long life with the correct knowledge. I offer consultations to go over what you may be experiencing. I dive into books and research to help you find the right herbs to heal. I offer extracts, teas, syrups, detoxes, tinctures and salves to help you heal.
What makes it different is: I make and prepare my own herbal medicine just for you! I am sure to create my herbs in a positive and clean environment. I have my music flowing as I am working to create a beautiful and loving environment. A little Lauryn Hill, India Arie, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott—my gospel station is what gets me by while making my herbs. It’s all about love and healing.
My secret ingredient is: The secret is that it’s all pure. You know exactly what you’re getting. No preservatives, no sugars, nothing artificial, no ingredients that you can’t pronounce. Just pure natural organic herbs from earth!
My favorite lesser-known detail is: The glass jars that I put my herbal extracts, teas and syrups in are great for home use after you’ve completed your herbs. So, don’t throw them in the trash! They can be used to preserve fruit and foods longer. I always use glass over plastic! It’s safer and healthier for our bodies.
It’s especially important to boost our health right now because: We are in hard times at the moment. Bacteria and viruses are inevitable. The environments that we live in are toxic. We can do our part by taking control of our health. We can do what we can to boost our immunity and strengthen our lymphatic system. Hardly anyone talks about the lymphatic system, but I do! Our lymphatic system is the waste basket or sewage system of the body. If the lymph system is stagnant and backed up, then dis-ease forms. When it’s open and flowing, dis-ease has no chance!
My favorite new ritual for self-care is: To take my herbs daily to make sure I look, feel and even smell good! When the inside is clean, it surely will reflect on the outside. I took control of my health. Now let me help you to take control of yours!
