I’m known as: Creator of B The Method.
My expertise is in: Low-impact workouts, spinal health, pelvic floor and functional strength.
I stay physically healthy with: Daily B The Method movement and lots of fruits and vegetables.
I keep my emotions balanced with: Taking some time to myself every day.
I’m intellectually stimulated by: Conversations with the B The Method community. I learn so much from hearing others’ experiences with their bodies. It has me very inspired to continue to educate myself in unfamiliar areas and further create exercises for all bodies.
I was recently transformed by: Exploring nature in Prospect Park with my family. It reminded me of how important it is to enjoy the peacefulness and simplicity of the earth. I grew up in Hawaii with nature everywhere, so it’s great to find that feeling again and share it with my children.
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: Finding time to go outside and breathe the fresh air every day. It is so simple, but it has been life-changing.
Here’s how you can do it too: Find a moment during the day where you go for a walk—preferably on a road less traveled—to think, breathe and reset.
