My name is: Catharine Allan.
I’m known as: A clairvoyant medium and astrologer.
My expertise is in: Intuition, clairvoyance, mediumship, life coaching, energy work etc.
I stay physically healthy with: Intermittent fasting, lots of walking, meditation and constantly improving my diet. I also keep my mind and spirit healthy by dealing with my emotions and anxiety.
I keep my emotions balanced with: I think, over the many years, I have integrated so much of my spirituality into my daily life that intuition, meditation, crystals, oils, Bach Flower remedies and lots of talking and expressing are part of my normal. On top of this, I really enjoy the Scandinavian spas to really unwind, and a good visit to my osteopath, who is also very psychic.
I’m intellectually stimulated by: I love TED Talks, documentaries and reading, but also good witty humor keeps my mind alive. I’m a full-on Monty Python fan. Being an entrepreneur is constantly mentally stimulating, as well. The learning curve is endless. My weekly radio show keeps me on my toes, as well as my newsletters. I try to be original, current and fresh all the time, tapping into this pulse to give people something relevant.
I was recently transformed by: I was recently transformed by the flooding in my village and, at the same time as the waters rose, I was writing a book on intuition that will be published later this year. I wrote the book in eight days! The huge surge of expression, the floods, the emotional purging that has come with all of it has changed my life. I am feeling cleansed and more at peace.
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: The ritual that has become very important and grounding for me is the deep meditation I do before I give a reading that I use for myself every day, as well. It brings relaxation, protection, energetic clearing, light and prayer to the process and gives me and the client a lot of peace.
Another thing I do that grounds me is to journal every day—even if it’s only a few words or a quick version of an event that happened. It’s a way of listening to myself and leads to clearer thinking.
Finally, I do a lot of visualization to manifest! I have vision boards of photos with affirmations of what I want to manifest in my life. And it works.
Here’s how you can do it too: To manifest, you can find images to represent what you want and place the images somewhere where you’ll see them every day. Then, you can write an affirmation or phrase on it that feels like it would be miraculous. Write the antidote to the normal thoughts you have. Look at it every day and let yourself feel that this is real and going to happen; then let it go and see how it plays out!
It helps me live my process because: I believe in living in accordance with your true beliefs and values. So, I take the time for my spiritual meditations to be sure I feel clean and clear, take the time to write and process my own life so I am in the best place to connect with others and help others. I live my truth, so my conscience is clear and my life is about learning how to love more.
