The Fix: Jacquie Aiche

My name is: Jacquie Aiche.

I’m known as: A jewelry designer.

My expertise is in: Creating sensual diamond and gemstone layers for women who adore to be adorned.

I stay physically healthy with: Pilates in the morning. I go to Natural Pilates in Beverly Hills. I love that it’s so close to home, and I always feel so strong afterward. There’s really nothing better.

I keep my emotions balanced with: Meditation and kundalini yoga. I love to begin the day with a short meditation. I’ve practiced for most of my life; it keeps me grounded and present. I like to hold a mantra or positive intention in my mind and then carry it with me throughout the day. And a morning session of yoga always puts me in the right headspace. The energy I receive from kundalini is pure magic. It keeps me balanced and gives me a sense of inner peace.

I’m intellectually stimulated by: Guru Singh’s podcast. It instantly balances me when I’m feeling off. I also love any book from Sonia Choquette. She has a way with words that makes me feel full of light.

I was recently transformed by: Guru Jagat’s “Grace Gatherings.” I’m always on the hunt for something spiritual, something that awakens me. These Grace Gatherings are a must. they involve intimate one-on-one time, spent raising your frequencies. Every time I work with Guru Jagat, magic happens around me.

And I always have a bag packed and ready for a yoga retreat at Esalen. It is the ultimate sanctuary, tucked into the cliffs of Big Sur. Thomas Fortel is an incredible instructor—he will take you on an internal journey that leaves you feeling 20 years younger. If you every find yourself there, the baths and massages are also a must!

In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: Taking some extra time for myself. Whether it’s putting on a face mask at night or lighting up Gypsy Dust when I’m need of a quick energy cleanse, it’s so important to have a self-care ritual. Take the time to discover what heals you daily and brings you peace.

Here’s how you can do it too: My favorite rituals for staying grounded and healthy are all homemade, using natural ingredients that come straight from the earth. If your skin needs a little refresher, try mixing together a honey rose face mask. Made from fresh rose petals, crystal-infused Gypsy rose water, yogurt and honey, this homemade treatment carries a variety of healing properties that soothe and brighten. Leave it on for 10 minutes to reduce redness, tighten pores and give yourself that healthy, goddess glow.

Whenever I need to reenergize, the Amethyst Gypsy Mist is one of my favorite methods. I use it throughout the day for an overall sense of calm and clarity. Whether you’re using the Gypsy Dust to cleanse your space or the Gypsy Mist to refresh and renew, introducing the healing energy of gemstones into your ritual for self-care can be transformative.

It helps me live my process because: You attract the energy you put out into the world. Take care of yourself and always give love to your mind, body and soul. When I practice gratitude, I’ve found that life gives that love right back to me.
