What inspired us to create it was: We’ve always been asked by our community how they can practice with us when not in NYC. Sky Ting TV makes our classes and special style of yoga accessible to our growing community. Since we knew we didn't want to expand through brick-and-mortar at the moment, moving into the digital space was a perfect alternative.

What makes it special is: The classes cover a range of styles, levels and themes, so you can find a practice that fits your exact needs. They’re also filmed in our studio, which will bring a little bit of our Ting style into your home. Our teaching style is fun and inviting, so it's a great way for beginners to start to learn about yoga, as well as seasoned practitioners to keep up their practice on their own! 

One thing you can’t miss is: We’ve created some really special meditations that are great for this transition into the New Year. From gratitude to goal-setting or simple morning meditations, these classes are specially designed to be done anywhere—even if you don't have the space or time to do a fuller physical practice. We love the idea of committing to something small, but doable, to start the year off right. 

Your body will thank you because: Yoga works! The techniques we teach are tried and true.

My favorite personal short ritual for self-care in 2020 is:

Chloe: Start my day with 10 focused breaths before I look at my phone or even get out of bed!

Krissy: Gazing at the sunrise and sunset as often as possible.
