My name is:

Natalia Perlaza.

I’m known for being:

An elemental percussionist.

I’m talking about:

Corazon SoundWave Journey: A sound journey experience that uses harmonic sound frequencies to facilitate mind and body recalibration.

LightGraph: A private session that utilizes binaural sound frequencies and energy work to facilitate energetic homeostasis and relaxation.

 You can find it at:

Corazon SoundWave Meditation: Available for private events and every month during the new moon at Little Hippie in Brooklyn, NYC.

Light-graph sessions for 60-90 minutes. Available privately.

Drum journeys and elemental percusión soundscapes online every New Moon via Zoom. To Reserve a spot or find out more email: helloperlamusic@gmail.com

Before I created this line (or began this work), I was:

An Egyptian drummer and astral projections instructor.

What inspired me to begin this work was:

After going to Egypt and experimenting with sounds inside the pyramids and in the desert, I was inspired to investigate more about vibrations and healing frequencies.

How it works is:

I apply concentration techniques, musical instruments and binaural sounds and technology that merge into an experience that allows a person to become more coherent and grounded.

What makes it special is:

I can measure and track a lot of the physiological changes, bringing a practical aspect to spirituality.

One thing you can’t miss is:

I’m using methods that help the body and mind be exposed to frequencies that are elemental and close to nature.

My favorite secret detail is:

“To use it as your own medicine first.”

For me, what it means to feel grounded is:

To discard safely and with intention energetic excess, preferably in nature or through a meditative state.

 Grounding is so important because:

It brings us to a state of balance and fluidity, helping us harmonize with people situations and places.

This can help you live your process (and get grounded) because:

As we tune in, we can measure and note changes that are synchronistic in nature, facilitating well-being and wellness.
