My name is: Jaya Jaya Myra.
My book is called: The Soul of Purpose (January 2021).

My background before becoming an author was: I was a research scientist turned mind-body wellness expert.
I was inspired to write this book because: To show people what living a holistic life of mind-body-soul balance looks like in the real work, and how to form a step-by-step, synergistic approach to create the life you want. This book came into being because I am also passionate about teaching people exactly why purpose is so powerful in creating their dreams and good health. The book discusses the role of purpose and shows readers how to create a bespoke purpose and wellness plan based on their unique elemental and energy type. It also outlines The Well Method, as a cornerstone for creating a healthy mindset and life.
It’s a game changer because: It not only discusses theory, but goes into what wellness actually looks like in day-to-day life. It demonstrates in what order to adapt practices in order to build synergy, so that you can make rapid progress. It's also very unique in that it teaches why one-size-fits-all approaches don't work and how to find the exact ones that will work for you, and why.
My hope is that readers will: Learn how to take better care of themselves, mind, body and soul, and understand how each part impacts the other two. For example, mental health is intricately connected with physical and spiritual health, and so on.
It's important to find and understand your purpose because: Purpose is what created everything about you, down to your exact physical body type. Purpose is your blueprint to success, to unlocking your God-given talents and to understanding your exact place in the universe. It's also a gift that brings meaning and fulfillment to life!
My next book might be: A look at mind-body well-being from a collective, societal level, instead of just focusing on the individual.
